Dariishad — Account & data deletion
This page is for Google Play and users who want to delete their Dariishad account.

Dariishad (the app listed on Google Play under this developer) lets you request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email to support@dariishad.com from the email address or phone number registered on your Dariishad account.
- Use the subject line: Delete my Dariishad account and, in the body, include your registered phone number or username so we can verify your identity.
- If your app version includes in-app account closure, you may also use Profile → Settings (or the account section shown in your app) and follow any "Delete account" or "Close account" option when available.
What we delete
After we confirm your request, we delete or anonymise, where applicable:
- Your user profile and account credentials (PIN / session data tied to the account)
- Device identifiers used for push notifications (FCM tokens linked to your account)
- In-app support chat content tied to your user ID
- Other personal data stored primarily for operating your account in the app
What we may keep (and why)
We may retain certain information where required by law or for legitimate business needs, for example:
- Transaction and billing records (e.g. wallet movements, recharge or purchase records) for a limited period for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
- Aggregated or anonymised data that no longer identifies you.
Retention period
Personal data that we are allowed to retain for legal or financial reasons is typically kept for up to 90 days after account deletion, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. After that period, we delete or further anonymise the data.
